Honeybee Food Co - Sugar Syrup Solutions

Honeybee Food Co.'s Sugar Syrup solutions will help you nourish your bees with ease and efficiency. Sugar syrup for bees is perfectly adapted to the feeding of bees throughout the year, depending on your requirements. All syrups are ready to use and do not require the addition of water.
Sugar syrup is particularly useful in warm, dry weather. It simulates nectar flow, which helps hydrate the colony and stimulate brood growth. However, converting syrup into a consumable form is labour-intensive for bees. They must collect nectar, store it in their honey crop, undergo enzymatic conversion in their honey stomach, and then dehydrate it in honeycomb cells before it becomes honey. Allowing the bees to consume sugar syrup within the hive, saves them time and energy. Our bee feed products should be stored as cool as possible at constant temperatures between 10 °C and 20 °C.
Sugar Syrup 1:1 Solution
No time to make the solution? Worried about incorrect sugar-to-water ratio? HoneyBee Food Co have a solution that is ready to use and does not require the addition of water. The sugar solution consists exclusively of saccharose (granulated sugar) and its constituent elements, fructose and glucose. Therefore it does not contain any type of sugar that your bees do not know and cannot digest. A premium, easily digestible food for honeybees. This product is ideal for supporting: > early spring growth > bridging gaps between honey flows. > support the formation of new bee colonies. Sugar Syrup with Agrisea
In order to provide additional key nutrition to support healthy hives, Honeybee Food Co has partnered with AgriSea. AgriSea’s biostimulant technology and advanced fermentation system is unique in the world and utilises the brown kelp Ecklonia radiata which is native to New Zealand. HoneyBee Food Co has incorporate into it's sugar syrup solution Agrisea Bee Nutrition.
The honey bee requires proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, and minerals in their diet to survive and thrive. Nutrient deficiencies from increased demand on natural floral resources impacts the bees ability to carry out its individual role in the hive-reducing overall health and productivity.

AgriSea Bee Nutrition supplies all ten essential amino acids and a range of trace elements and minerals bees require to grow and reproduce. Eight other non-essential amino acids offers additional nutrients which stressed hives can no longer self produce. The complex balance of Vitamins B and C (B2, B3, B5, B9, B12) in AgriSea Bee Nutrition are essential for brood rearing. AgriSea Bee Nutrition has been shown to significantly increase brood productivity in spring and reduce the prevalence of Nosema sp. after the winter/spring season. 2.5 kg bag:
